She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Monica Prather (Jim Prather); her grandparents, JoAnn Douglas and Clarence Douglas; her sibling Lauren Douglas; her daughter Ella Busam; her nieces and nephews, Aubree, McKeehan, Lillian Smith and Memphis Owens; her family, Mike, Joe, Adam Thompson, Jamie Owens and Kyle Broughton; and her father Gary Thompson. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Evans Funeral Home for unexpected funeral costs and future education expenses for her daughter, Ella.
