Johnson; his stepdaughter Joy Schaulin (Kraig); his grandchildren, Zoe Marie Lake, Soraya Eve Lake and Billi Eden Lake; and his sisters, Jennifer Black (Gary) and Jeannette Schmidt (late Peter). He is also survived by numerous nephews, a niece, great nieces and great nephews.
