He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Mayhaus III and Marjorie Mayhaus; and his brother Henry Mayhaus IV. He is survived by: his wife Emily Mayhaus; his children, Tom (Nikki), Ryan and Mitchell Mayhaus; and his siblings, Mary Laymance (Jerry), Carol Merritt, Bob Mayhaus (Denice), Jim Mayhaus, Peggy Feist and Peggy Ernst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
