She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Foster and James Foster; and her siblings, Char, Maxine, Jane, Jim, Bev, Keith and Billy.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Miller (Laurie), Kim Burke (Terry), LuAnn Duffy and Janet Miller; her grandchildren, Amanda (Pat), Andrew, Matt (Erica), Jessica (Eric), Emily (Daniel), Kaytlyn (Scott), Kyle (Meagan) and Ian; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Gordon, Cambria, Everett, Amalia, Callan and Murphy. She is also survived by 24 loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Vivian's family is asking that donations be made in her memory to Hospice of Cincinnati, where they gave her great comfort and respect in her final days.
