He is survived by: his girlfriend Wanda Miller; his daughters, Carla Sempsrott (Eric Sempsrott), Ashley Raines (Keith Raines), Carrieanne Coburn and Nicki Scanlon (Michael Scanlon); his grandchildren, Brendan, Trevor, Alexis, Brayden, Keightly, Derek, Kensie and Sophia; and his friend Ray Tarter.
