She was predeceased by : her parents, Asher Okey and Helen Metz Okey; and her brother Raymond Okey. She is survived by : her husband Walter L. Mincks; her children, Daniel Mincks (Kathy) of Marietta and Diana Thomas (Roby) of Pounding Mill, Virginia; her grandchildren, Jennifer Carpenter of Lowell, Scott Mincks of New Albany, Aaron Dunbar of Lowell and Matthew Dunbar of Memphis, Tenn; her sister Frances Wright (Okey) of Beverly; and her sister-in-law Naomi Okey of Coal Run.
