He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Walters and Betty Walters (Dill); and his siblings, Susan Henley, Michael and Rex Walters.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Walters of Lowell, OH, Alan Walters and Jessie Walters of New Matamoras, OH; his wife Dixie Walters; and his brothers, Patrick, Jeff and Vernon Walters. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
