He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Durbin and Florence Durbin. He is survived by: his children, Richard Durbin (Tess Spincic), Christy Durbin and Josh Durbin (Christa Durbin); his grandchildren, Cooper, Carson Jobe and Mackenzie Durbin; and his siblings, Ralph Durbin (Janet), David Durbin (Michelle), Deborah (William) and Margaret. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
