He is survived by: his children, Charles Oswick (Evelyn) of Tucumcari, Carol Cosier (Joseph) of Lowellville and Cathryn Shively (James) of Struthers; his sister Patricia Stanton of Struthers; his former wife Mary Panfil of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Johnny, Maleah Oswick, Jessica Hetrick, Bryce (Toni), Cindy Cosier, Zack, Zoe and Zada Shively; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Rowan, Colton and Raena.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home (11 Spring St, Struthers, OH 44471). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
