Charles Kenneth Deal Obituary

We announce the death of Charles Kenneth Deal of Lucas, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 81. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Deal and Kathleen Deal; his wife Shirley Ann Deal (Mason); and his siblings, Danny Deal and Rebecca Deal.

He is survived by: his sons, James Deal (Angela), Allen Deal (Amy) and Rodney Deal (Tonia); his siblings, Leonard Deal (Phyllis), Paul Deal (Eileen) and Kathy Hughes (Danny); and his close friend Linda Ridenour. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charles honor may be made to Mansfield Freewill Baptist Church or the Lucas Community Center.
