She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie; her granddaughters, Celeste (Niles) and Allie (Gavin); her great grandchildren, Grayson and Jaxon; her uncles, Donald Dean and Russ Heiser; and her friends, Cathy Littleton, Ann Hartland, Joyce Burger, Bonny Derr, Pat Dunn, Sharon Harvey Sautter and Karen Blackledge.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Stephanie Lee to cover the costs of the care baskets she and the rest of the Lee family put together for cancer patients in memory of Ev's late daughter, Laura.
