He is survived by: his children, Brad Eagle (Brenda) of Loudonville and Brenda Metcalf (Chuck) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Ashley Gray, Miranda Guy (Adam), Dustin, Matt (Mandy) and Megan Metcalf; his great grandchildren, Mason Spreng, Carson Metcalf, Chase Metcalf, McKenzie Metcalf, Emma Gray and Macie Metcalf; and his pet Peewee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home - Wooster (7067 Cleveland Rd, Wooster, OH 44691). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
