He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Smith and Della Wolfe Smith; his siblings, Wilford Smith, Richard Smith, Chris Smith and Ruth Rittenhouse; his pet Max; and his close friend Bob Edwards.
He is survived by : his siblings, Norman Smith (Paulette) of Carter City, Kenneth Smith (Linda) of Mansfield, Ohio and Alma Withrow of Grayson, Kentucky; and his nephew Rick Smith. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
