She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Logan West and Nancy Izabelle West (Counts); her children, Janie Lynn Oliver and Todd Eric Arledge; and her siblings, Johnny West, Buzz West and Barbara Gantner.
She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Eugene Rapp, Jr.; and her children, Jennifer Abner (Douglas, Jr) and Jason Eugene Rapp (Rachel Brewster). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
