He was predeceased by: his father Danny Payne; and his grandparents, Emmanuel, Edna Redouty, Leo and Francis Payne.
He is survived by: his mother Lena Payne; his daughters, Alexis and Brianna Tolbert; his sister Melissa Payne; his grandchildren, Paislee, Hadley and Waylon; and his nieces, Aeryel King (Caleb) and Danyel Hettinger (Nathan). He is also survived by niece and nephew; and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Northwest High School Softball Team in his memory.
