It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Shane Jenkins of Lucasville, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Dwight David Jenkins; and his grandparents, Fred, Lena Jenkins, Warner and Arlene Ison.

He is survived by : his mother Patricia Ison Jenkins of Lucasville; and his siblings, Paul Jenkins (Amy Brownfield) of Piketon and Barbara Jenkins Williams (Glen) of Salyersville. He is also survived by two nieces, and two nephews.
