She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald R. Ashley; and her siblings, Milford Rhoden, Robert Rhoden, Ralph Rhoden, Thomas Rhoden, Jr., Virginia Cremeans and Marjorie Huff.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Ashley (Wendy) of Maineville and Nancy Jacobs (Brad) of Owenton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Casey Ashley, Connor Jacobs, Nicole Jacobs, Makena Ashley and Elissa Ashley; Linda Timberlake.
