She was predeceased by: her parents, David Powell and Alice Thompson Powell; her brothers, Kenneth Powell and Glenn Powell; and her friend Dorthy Clifford.
She is survived by: her brothers, Dennis Powell and Galen Powell; and her close friends, Sheila Gray and Becky Brannan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brant Funeral Service (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Memorial Burial Park (10556 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
At the family's request, memorial donations may be made to SOMC Hospice.
