She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Lee Williams and Ellen Icie Williams (Gifford); and her siblings, Edrie Price (Paul), Ruby Blevins (Clarence), Bernice Leone Williams, Opal Ione, Donald Leroy Williams, Virgil Robert Williams and James Richard Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar Elmo McGraw; her children, Steven Mac McGraw, Ray Thomas McGraw (Tricia) and Patricia Ellen McGraw Roberts (Lee); and her grandchildren, Christopher (Brittani), Steven McGraw, Jordan Roberts, Bree Schobelock (Jordan) and Cheyenne Hubbard. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
