He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Justin Perry (Becky) of Troy, Chad Curtis Perry (Larin) of Lucasville and Major Travis Ryan Perry (Emily) of Tipp City; his siblings, Pat Perry of Sciotoville, Linda Pendleton of Portsmouth and Connie Bice of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Isaac "Ike", Rigley, Kamri, Kolt, Mila, Sloane and Bennett Perry.
