He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jennifer LeBar (James Hughes) of Luckey, Samuel John Jacobs (Kellie Borcherding) of Luckey and Katherine Barrow II (Frank) of Luckey; his grandchildren, Brandon, Marrisa (Jay), Kirsten (Michael), Frank III, Chelsea (Jake), Annika (Jake), Michaela and Kieseon (Kim); his great grandchildren, Aimee, Emma, Axton, Auggie, Robert, Chanell, Jamison, Colten, Kameron and Faelynn; and his sister Grace Stinchcomb of Pemberville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith United Methodist Church (111 Main St, Luckey, OH 43443). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
