It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred M. Borcherding of Luckey, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred M. Borcherding to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Brockschmidt and Odelia M. Brockschmidt (Magrum); her former husband Denver Hagemeyer; her husband Lowell "Butch" Borcherding; her daughter Janet Sanchez (Oscar); and her close friend Billie Hines.
She is survived by: her children, James Borcherding (Mona) of Woodville, OH, John Borcherding (Cindy) of Queen Creek, AZ and Elaine Strausbaugh of Bowling Green, OH; her son-in-law Oscar Sanchez of Luckey, OH.; her grandchildren, Kellie Jacobs (Sam), Jodie Friess (Andy), Angela Adams (Rob), Matthew Strausbaugh (Colt), Corissa Ruggiero (Mike), Jennifer Heyman, Jessica Bryant (Greg), Jena Riseborough (Luke), Michelle Primm (Chris), Kyle Sanchez and Jennifer Gonzales (Greg); and her siblings, Cletus, Bernard, James Brockschmidt, Luella Chalfin, Alena Flores (Penny), Agnes and Veatrice Brockschmidt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home (4094 OH-105, Pemberville, OH 43450). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Zion Lutheran Church, (In honor of Millie's daughter Janet Sanchez).
