He is survived by: his wife Tina J. Batner (Griffieth); his children, Stephen (Melinda Griffieth) of Troy and Stephanie (Matt Naff) of West Milton; his grandchildren, David, Lilliana Kerlin of Greeley, Chris Kerlin of Reno, Mikaela Griffieth of Troy, Lacey Naff of West Milton, Josalyn Abrams of Littleton, Jase Abrams of West Milton, Oliver Watercutter of West Milton and Cameron Watercutter of West Milton; his siblings, Charles "Mikey" Batner of Gettysburg, Cheryl and Brian Fogle of Summerton; and his mother-in-law Helen Griffieth of Troy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
