He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Royal and Verba Ann Powell (Stewart); and his brother Jack Lee Powell. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Powell (Tanner); his children, Brian Powell of Dayton and Lisa Powell of Sacramento, CA; and his sister Roseanna Gray of Sidney. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
