He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris'Joe' Parks and Mary Ellis Parks; and his sister Cindy Wade. He is survived by : his wife Christina Frank Parks; his children, Hannah Stumpf (Patrick) of Milford, Samuel Curtis Parks of Lynchburg and Nathaniel Parks (Lauren Gardner) of Dodsonville; his grandson Cason Henry Parks; his parents-in-law, Walter and Ruth Frank; and his nieces, Desteny Phillips (Landon) and Caylee Murphy.
