He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Pierson and Geneva R. Pierson (Shaffer); his son John Pierson; his parents-in-law, John and Goldia Andrews; his nephew Kenneth Pierson; his grandson-in-law Brian Neville; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Morris, Terry Rohrer and Linda Merrick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pierson; his sons, Mike Pierson (Kathy), Randy Pierson (Sandy) and Mark Pierson (Sunita); his daughter-in-law Dianne Pierson; his grandchildren, Loree Fauley (Tim), Jason Taylor (Sandra), Tina Ackels (Isaac), Chad Pierson (Mandy), Janie Pierson (Daniel Hampton), Ben Igo (Sierra), Wesley Pierson, Samantha Pierson, Devin Pierson (Marissa), Damin Pierson and Dylin Pierson; his siblings, Don Pierson (Gerri) and Peggy Morris; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Rohrer and Charles Merrick. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Allensburg Church of Christ Mission Fund.
