He is survived by: his wife Delana Allen of Lynchburg; his children, John Thomas Edward Allen (Amy), Jolene Marie Weeks (Adam) and Tonya Mae Gross (Jay); his grandchildren, Taylor Greene (Matt), Little Tommy Allen (Brooke), Victoria Allen, Tanner Griffith (Megan), Kasyn Allen, Macie Allen, Kylie Utley, Auberie Utley, Tiffany Waits, Kaitlyn Waits, Brennon Weeks, RJ Gross, Courtney Gross, Jaycob Gross and Brooklyn Gross; his siblings, Veda Mae Elam, Violet Ditterline, Ruth Ann Moore, Darlene Michael, Joyce Setty (Rex), Chester and Bill; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
