She was predeceased by: her father Charles Barker; her husband Michael "Flash" Hertlein; her son Robert "Bobby" Jack Young; her stepfather Jack Gilliland; and her half-sister Cheri Lynn Trimble.
She is survived by: her mother Pauline Gilliland (Knisley); her daughter Cassandra Young of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Hunter, Levi (Addison), EllieMay (Austin) and CoraGrace; her great grandchildren, Kayson and Evelyn; her siblings, Deloris Houk, Gloria Balon, Charlie Barker (Sheena) and Christina Barker; and her son Brandon Kessinger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home (201 S Broadway St, Lynchburg, OH 45142). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home (201 N Broadway St, Lynchburg, OH 45142). A committal service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery.
