She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard D. Harvey and Patti Ann Shaffer (Shaffer); her stepfather Richard "Dick" Shaffer; and her brother Charles Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Donald Howell; her son Adam; her daughter-in-law Katie Burchett of Hillsboro; and her siblings, Michelle Corso of Florida and Christopher Harvey (Margie) of Michigan.
