It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Sexton of Lynchburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sexton and Rebecca Sexton (Johnson); his wife Katherine Frances Sexton (Herres); and his siblings, Bill Sexton of Pat Sexton, J. C, June Hoover and Charles "Little Boy" Sexton.
He is survived by: his children, John Sexton (Kellie) of Sabina and Kathy Whalen (Matt) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Eric McCoy, Kyrsten Jones, Alisha Purcell, Katelyn Sexton, Chase Sexton, Travis Sexton and Hanna Purcell; his stepgrandchildren, Corey Randolph and Chrissy Ison (Tyler); his great grandchild Alexis Purcell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Masyn Randolph, Maveryck Randolph, Atlis Ison and Colten Ison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
