She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hayes and Monica Hayes (Smith); her husband Joseph Bernhard; and her brother Michael Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Beachy, Timothy Bernhard (Laura) and Jeff Bernhard (Jodi); her grandchildren, Ethan, Eric, Patrick, Andrew Bernhard, Olivia and Cecelia Messina; and her siblings, Patricia Japel, Katalin Gale Bednarek and Fred E. Hayes.
A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (8519-8533 OH-14, Streetsboro, OH 44241).
