He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Sinchak and Irene Sinchak (Granchay); his wife Lorraine Skiba; his son Joseph Sinchak; and his brothers, Ralph and Andy Sinchak.
He is survived by : his son Jeff Sinchak of Macedonia; and his brother David Sinchak of Marion. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
