He was predeceased by: his spouse Claire; and his siblings, Vince Lamolinara, Betty Leone, Arthur DePhillips and Raymond DePhillips.
He is survived by: his children, Regina M. DePhillips, Renee B. (Dan), McLain, Thomas P. DePhillips and Eric C. DePhillips; his grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Kate and Charlotte; and his sister Sally Young (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Medina County/Reserve Care Hospice.
