He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Hlavin and Mary Hlavin; and his sister Bernadette. He is survived by : his wife Catherine Hlavin; his sister Marlene Roskey; his nieces and nephews, Ralph Conrad, Pat Boehm, Tom Boehm, Dale Mirgliotta, Denise Beers, Jaye Remar, Joi Christopher, Ted Mirgliotta, Vicki Bardos and Cheryl Monschein; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Mirgliotta and Grace Boehm.
