She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Breach (Wolf). She is survived by: her father Douglas Breach; her children, Mackenzie Terrasi of Ashtabula, OH, Ryleigh Wurm of Geneva, OH and Carter Wurm of Geneva, OH; and her brothers, Douglas Breach (Danielle) of Leroy Twp, OH and Father Douglas Breach (Norma) of Painesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
