He is survived by : his children, Sebastian Powell, Logan Powell, Tabitha Powell and; his wife Jacquie Sidwell; his siblings, Angela Ogden (David), Karen Sudnick (Randy), Jackie Pshock (John), Shirley Friel (James), Edward A. Powell (Courtney) and James C. Powell (Sarah); his uncle James; his aunts, Kay Williams, May Hill and Peggy Varcusko; his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Brittny, Joseph, Jeremiah, Justin, Aaron, Keegan, Reece, Quinn, Kayla, Alexis, Connor and Jase; his siblings-in-law, Stephen Sanders, John Sanders and Misty Sidwell; his cousin Gerald Michalek; and his friends, Amanda Easterbrook and Shannon Thompson. He is also survived by family members and friends.
