He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Eleanor Smith (Criley); and his son Charles H. Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Smith of Liberty Borough; his granddaughter Destiny; and his sibling's children, Nicholas Cisco (Barb) of Jefferson Hills and Mary Payo of Clairton.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Round Hill Cemetery (2131 Round Hill Church Rd, Elizabeth, PA 15037).
