He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Cecilia. He is survived by: his wife Lesia Zamŕzla (Mumau); his children, Tammy Zamrzla Capps, Kelly Payne, Randy Zamrzla and Charles Zamrzla Jr.; and his stepdaughter Krystal.
