He is survived by: his wife Stephanie La Munyan; his children, Megan Nejbauer (Ronald), Mandi Leben and Nina Arnold (Philip); his grandchildren, Corianna, Tatum, Cheyenne Queen, Nolan, Nevan Leben, Liliana, Memo Padilla, Philip Jr., Ares Arnold and Selena Rivera; his niece Cindy Rumsey (Rich); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Loran Kemmerly (Benjamin) and Luke; his nephew David Labbe (Natalie); his great-nephew Dustin Labbe (Jennie); his nephew Mike Labbe (Lynn); his great-nephew Joshua Labbe; his great-nieces, Cassie Labbe and Kaylee Labbe; Liam.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (2846 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the North Madison Cemetery (2065 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057).
