He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord and Ora; and his brothers, Ken, Lonnie, Homer Eubank and Jerry Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his grandchildren, Lane, Luke Eubank, Evie Cudney (Sam), Sondra and Bradley Christopher; his great grandchild Colt David Cudney; his siblings, Roger (Pat), Stan Eubank (Becky), Connie Carpenter, Judy Zimmer and Nora Shields; and his siblings-in-law, Dianne Williams (CJ), Karen Eubank, Barbara Eubank, Michael (Cindy) and Jim Larner (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to UH Seidman Cancer Center.
