He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Fields, Jr. of Madison and Dylan Fields of Madison; his siblings, Dora Dean Fields of California, Sandra Gayle Miller (Walter) of Ashtabula, Roberta Fields of Ashtabula, Joanne Scruggs (Robert) of Geneva, Deborah Hill of Ashtabula, David Hill, Jr. of North Kingsville and Tom Hill of Tennessee; Raymond Hill (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
