He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Fade, Jillanne Dougherty (Jimmy) and Jeffrey Fade Jr. (Lindsey); the mother of his children Sharon McCarthy; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kayla (Kimmy), Austin (Karleigh), Lorelei, Peyton and Brystol; his siblings, Andy Fade and Sandi Breedlove (Duane); his niece Nicole Rees (Tim); and his great-niece Ava Rees.
