It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Cannady of Madison, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kutina and Catherine Kutina (Mizisin). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Cannady; her children, Brian Cannady (Tanya), Lisa Cannady (Dave Carlo) and Shannon Doty (Chris); her grandchildren, Cayla, Kendra, Caden, Cameron and Brianna; and her sister Dorothy Williams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
