He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Berkebile and Joyce Berkebile. He is survived by: his son Keigan Berkebile; his siblings, Crystal Sullivan and David Berkebile (Jeni); and his girlfriend Karen Sackett. He is also survived by nephews, a niece and many cousins.
