He is survived by: his significant other Jess Ruff; his son Landyn Mullins; his parents, Valerie Mullins and Scott Mullins (Darlene); his brother Josh Mullins (Lauren); his grandmothers, Lillian Mullins and Millie Congrove; his uncles, Rodney Congrove (Beth) and Joe Congrove (Eric Keens); his aunt Kristie Sprague (David); his cousins, Mollie Murphy (George), Travis Sprague (Allison) and Amanda Taber; his aunt Kathleen Mullins; his cousins, Jason Mullins (Jessica), Brian Mullins (Katie) and Tabitha Kerr (Alex); his father-in-law Tom (Kelli Ruff); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Ruff (Leanna), Kate Ruff (Eric Byram) and Jack Ruff (Alexis).
