She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Roy Killian and Laura Eva Derby; and her husband LeRoy G. Phelps. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa A. Watson and Lori A; her son-in-law Bill; her stepgrandson Bud Watson (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Levi, Caroline Watson and Foster; her grandchildren, Shawn Logan, Chris Scott, April, Philip Bailey and Foster; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Brooklyn, Kennedy, Londyn, Justin and Isaiah; her niece Kathy Britt; her great-nieces, Victoria and Nicole; her nephew Robert Fiesler (Juanita); her great-niece Samantha; her great-nephew John; her siblings, William and Rose; her brother-in-law Nelson (Foster); and her grandson Corey. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
