It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nevada Scott Choate of Madison, Ohio, born in Claridon, Ohio, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John E. and Phyllis K. Fick. He is survived by: his fiancée Danielle Stich; his daughters, Charlotte Choate and Mila Choate; his parents, Wendy Fick (Lou Sapic) and Keith Choate (Michelle); his brother Zack Choate; his grandparents, Sheila Manning (Bill) and Terry Choate; and his family Danielle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the Davis - Babcock Funeral Home, Inc. (4154 Clark Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location.
