She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kralik and Elizabeth Kralik (Lagania); her husband Jim Adkins; her son Gary D. Adkins; and her siblings, Ray, John, Irene Sklar and Katherine Plescia.
She is survived by: her son Steven Adkins (Karyn); her daughter-in-law Julie Adkins; her granddaughter Jasmine Walters (Andrew); her great grandchild Taron Walters; and her brother Robert Kralik.
