He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Barkley and Veronica Barkley; and his brothers, William and Timothy. He is survived by: his children, Kristine Phipps (Brian), Paul Barkley (Sarah), Jason Stokes (Misty) and Richard Stokes (Tonya); and his sister Barbara Eich (Roger).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behm Family Funeral Homes - Madison (26 River St, Madison, OH 44057). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
