He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Entler (Holtz). He is survived by: his father Richard A. Entler; his sister Elizabeth "Beth" Vencl (Kenneth); his nieces, Nichole Hoffman (Stuart) and Taylor Vencl (Caitlin Howard); and his former wife Bonnie Entler. He is also survived by cousins and aunts.
